Bactocease NV Liquid: It is natural (preservative free) antimicrobial to keep the foods like Curries, Vegetable Chutneys, Gravies and similar product applications. It will ensure the food is safe for consumption under chilled and refrigerated condition by not allowing bacterial growth and will also extend the shelf life. The extend of shelf life and food safety will depend upon the food product, process, storage temperature, dosage. Recommended Dosage: 4-10 ml per kg of product. Can go upto 20 ml also if needed.
